The Presbytery of Great Rivers Endorses
THE REVEREND SUE KRUMMEL AS A CANDIDATE FOR
MODERATOR OF THE 220TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN PITTSBURGH, PA.
AT ITS STATED MEETING, OCTOBER 11, 2011
Rev. Krummel serves the presbytery as executive/general presbyter and stated clerk. Her service to the presbytery in this capacity began in 2003. "We are proud to commend Susan Davis Krummel to the General Assembly in the hope that she will be chosen to share her vital spirit and practical wisdom, gifts that have benefited us greatly since Sue became our General Presbyter," said ElderGary Davis, the moderator of the presbytery's nominating committee.

The 220th General Assembly of the PC(USA)
will take place in Pittsburgh, PA
June 30th - July 7th, 2012
The theme this year is:
Walking, Running, Soaring in Hope
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." (NIV) (Isaiah 40:31).
The Rev. Dr. Sanghyuan James Lee of Columbia, South Carolina, in Trinity Presbyterywho will stand for election as vice moderator alongside Rev. Sue Krummel at the 220th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church USA. Dr. Lee brings broad experience in leadership in the PCUSA as well as a deep devotion to mission. Both will serve him well as a candidate for vice moderator. I look forward to working with him in the months leading up to the Assembly.
